Yay for college!

Ahhh... back to the wonderfulness of college life. I've been sooo busy with school up till now that I haven't been able to update anything on here recently. But, alas, I am still among the living! This weekend is the last of the month-long campus connection weekends. Last Friday there was a talent night outside on the lawn. I hear it went over really well and lasted for around two hours! I only got in on the last few acts, because I was invited to Katrin Crater's 17th Birthday party. I had a ton of fun at her party, though. The evening consisted of; eating a really yummy mexican meal, going to Cheesecake factory for desert, shopping at the Kenwood mall (and learning that T stands for Tango! Haha), and then eating brownies and ice cream after we got back to the house. While I was eating my brownie and ice cream, Caroline and I were sitting on a footstool, so our heads just barely came up above the table. Well, I was talking to Katrin and all the sudden, a moth flew into my forehead, bounced off and landed smack dab in the middle of my ice cream! Haha! Needless to say, I got a new piece of brownie and ...... more ice cream! Yay!

So this weekend there are a bunch of competitions on Saturday, like; volleyball, basketball, corn hole, and ladder golf. I will not be taking part in the fun and games though, because Grace, Ely, Caroline Jeon, Gloria Ji and I are going out for the day to celebrate Grace's 21st Birthday. Her birthday was actually Sept. 4, but I went home that weekend and promised her that we'd celebrate it later. I will hopefully remember to take my camera so I can put pictures on here. Hmmm....we'll see!

Tonight we had prayer meeting outside on the south lawn (haha, not sure exactly if it was the north, south, east, or west lawn!) and it was awesome. It's so nice to be outside in the lovely fall weather, with a slight breeze keeping things cool. Ahhh....so you see, college is going good. I'm having fun and not doing homework quite all the time, only most of it! ;-) Well, I better get on to bed and take advantage of an early night!
